I had the opportunity to attend onboard training over the weekend and let me tell you, God really does answer prayers. I have been looking for an aesthetic company who truly cares about their employees and their training hit the nail on the head. After attending a training with another company, I didn’t feel prepared to inject. This training was thorough, hands on, and you have a mentor to help you get started throughout your first few months. We were given material and information that was well presented and easy to follow if you are a new injector. The class size was small so during didactics we were able to be more hands on with our clients. I never once felt nervous or uncomfortable because the training staff is so kind, welcoming and truly passionate about training. This amazing company wants you to succeed and I’m thankful to be a part of it!

The training provides classroom education and hands-on mentoring by the advanced injectors with the company. These injectors are with you every step of the way to help mold you into the best of best. They instill confidence through their effective teaching styles. Aesthetics is not cookie cutter, one size fits all, and it's so enlightening to learn different techniques from each advanced injector.

I was a brand new Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Despite this, after my initial certification training, I felt extremely well-prepared with the education I received to start my aesthetic business. The didactic paired with hands-on training immediately after is imperative to my learning style and I felt competent and excited to begin seeing patients. I was offeredopportunities for continued learning through multiple avenues enabling me to continuously grow as an injector. There is truly endless support and a wealth of information available from the fellow injectors.

I feel like the ability to practice on live models while an experienced injector watches and offers advice is the best way to feel confident. It also helps with safety when I am on my own.

I feel that the training was strong in how the information was taught and then providing the models to practice on was very helpful. I felt that all the staff participating in the training took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and understood what we were doing.

I love the opportunity to inject as many models as we could. I am a hands-on learner so this was a great learning experience for me.

I felt supported the entire time. Having no prior experience in the aesthetic world, I was nervous coming into training. However, no one made me feel incompetent, and if I was hesitant or anxious, the educators/NPs were right there to guide me every step of the way. It was really refreshing to be in such a happy/fun/supportive environment compared to what I am used to in the nursing world. I so appreciated how well organized and the amount of advice/tips/tricks and knowledge I gained was great.

The injectable training I received was inspiring, intuitive, and organized. The instructors were very knowledgeable regarding injection techniques and the products used. I feel confident in my ability to inject and feel like I have the support I need to begin injecting. I would recommend this training for anyone that wishes to start learning medical aesthetics and injecting.
